Horizontal Drilling Machine for Solid Wood Win-door
1. Used for processing dowel mounting hole on the end and side of mullion and frame profile for wood window and door.
2. The solid welded body and high precision guide rail assures of the processing accuracy and service life of the machine.
3. The profile support frame and mullion location device with sliding location block can complete drilling holes on the side and end surface of the profile.
4. Equipped with three-axis drill, can drill three mortise holes at one time and make the position of the interconnected mortise holes match exactly.
5. The location of contact pattern can be adjusted and can drill holes correctly for different profiles.
6. The drill feeding and profile clamping is powered by pneumatic cylinder.
7. The depth of drilling can be adjusted through the location device, three-axis drill with standard connector, the drill can be changed quickly.
